On this website we want to introduce you in the Haemophilia & Exercise Project (HEP). You will be informed about the different events and studies of the project as well as new scientific publications of the research group.

The Haemophilia & Exercise Project includes the development and continuous implementation of the Programmed Sports Therapy (PST). The Programmed Sports Therapy is a specialized exercise therapy, adapted to the requirements of patients with haemophilia and designed to improve the patients´ physical performance, sustainably.

To date, the concept of the Programmed Sports Therapy is adaptable individually to every other disease and represents a unique concept of exercise therapy especially in the field of rare diseases.
